- The apartment is situated in the peaceful area of Llenaire, popular with families of all age-groups and walkers, cyclists, lovers of water sports, golfers and rock climbers all year round.
- There are a variety of water sports, including sailing, in the bay as well as boat trips to the nearby beach of Formentor and further away.
- This is a great location to explore the north of the island. Frequent buses call at the nearby bus stop on the seafront, with busses travelling one way towards the center of Puerto Pollença and in the other direction to the historic walled town of Alcudia.
- It is also the ideal base for triathletes and cyclists. You are 190m from the sea where you can swim open water. You can also go to the municipal swimming pool (less than 3.5km) where lanes can be rented for groups. There is a bike hire at 500m and biking lines are all around, both flat, along the coast to Alcudia and the mountains (Tramuntana) are close. You can also run along the coast and in the beautiful hinterland.
- Bikes can be taken inside the apartment (first floor).
